Infos about short term rentals

Appreciation of the 30 days bookings?
Recently I have been receiving quite a few of those 1 month bookings.  A third of my landlord contacts are flexible and happy to rent for a higher rent.  Still a good deal for the customer considering they get a place of their own, with ability to cook and spread out. 

Can I book a flat for just one month ?
Well, if the furnished accommodation offer is in an attractive location in Munich then the tenant will book it for an average price of Euro 1.000,-- to 1.500,-- very happily.  This is still a bargain comparing to a small hotel room or a boarding house which offers a third of space....
Please do note that very few landlords actually rent for one month only so the choice will be limited.
